1. What this agreement covers
This Licensing Agreement applies to all code components, templates, snippets, and other digital resources (“Resources”) made available through EDGE (edge.supply), whether accessed under a free account or a paid Pro subscription.
By using any Resource from EDGE, you agree to the terms outlined below. This agreement works alongside our Terms of Service, which governs your overall use of the platform.
2. License grant
EDGE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Resources in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
This license is personal to you and tied to your EDGE account. It does not constitute a transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights.
3. What you can do
You are permitted to:
- Use Resources in unlimited personal projects, including non-commercial work.
- Use Resources in commercial end products built for clients or your own business.
- Modify, adapt, and combine Resources with your own code to fit your project needs.
- Use Resources in projects that are publicly deployed and accessible on the web.
4. What you cannot do
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Redistribute or share Resources — you may not share, forward, upload, or otherwise make Resources (whether in original or modified form) available to anyone who does not have their own EDGE account with access to those Resources.
- Resell or sublicense — you may not sell, resell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Resources themselves. This includes bundling Resources into themes, UI kits, starter packs, or similar products for sale.
- Build or enable competing products — you may not use Resources to build, train, power, seed, or operate any competing or substitute product in any form. This includes component libraries, template or snippet collections, page builders, website builders, no-code/low-code tools, UI generators, plugins, APIs, marketplaces, and similar services (commercial or free).
- Bulk extraction or stockpiling — you may not scrape, crawl, bulk download, mirror, archive, or otherwise extract Resources (manually or automatically) to build a reusable library, dataset, repository, or product.
- Claim original authorship — you may not present unmodified Resources as your own original work in portfolios, showcases, or open-source repositories without meaningful modification.
- Share your account — your EDGE account and its associated access are for your use only. You may not share login credentials or allow others to access Resources through your account.
5. Free and Pro resources
Both free-tier and Pro resources are subject to this Licensing Agreement. The difference is in access, not in licensing terms.
- Free resources are available to all registered users and may be used under the same conditions as Pro resources.
- Pro resources require an active paid subscription. If your subscription ends, you lose access to Pro resources on the platform, but Resources you have already used in shipped projects may remain in those projects (see Section 7).
6. Ownership
All Resources remain the intellectual property of EDGE. This license grants you a right of use, not ownership. EDGE reserves all rights not expressly granted in this agreement.
7. What happens when your subscription ends
If your Pro subscription is cancelled or expires:
- You will no longer be able to access or copy Pro resources from the platform.
- Resources you have already integrated into projects that are live or in active development at the time of cancellation may remain in those projects. You are not required to remove previously used code from shipped work.
- This does not grant you the right to extract, archive, or stockpile Resources before cancellation for future use outside of already-shipped projects.
8. Enforcement
If we become aware of a violation of this Licensing Agreement, we may take action including but not limited to:
- Issuing a warning and requesting that you come into compliance.
- Suspending or terminating your account and access to all Resources.
- Pursuing legal remedies for damages caused by the violation.
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns to detect potential violations, though we are under no obligation to do so.
9. No warranty
Resources are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that any Resource will be error-free, compatible with every framework or environment, or suitable for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for testing and validating Resources in the context of your own projects.
10. Limitation of liability
EDGE shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of Resources, including but not limited to bugs, incompatibilities, downtime, or any impact on your projects or business. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to EDGE in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to this agreement
We may update this Licensing Agreement from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or by email.
Continued use of EDGE Resources after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
