1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on or otherwise using EDGE (edge.supply), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Licensing Agreement, which together form the full agreement between you and EDGE.
2. What EDGE is
EDGE is a digital platform that provides a curated library of code components, templates, snippets, and related resources designed to help you build websites faster. Resources are accessed directly on the platform and used via copy-paste in your own projects.
Access is available through:
- Free tier — a limited selection of resources available to all registered users at no cost.
- Pro subscription — a paid plan (billed quarterly or annually) that unlocks the full resource library, including all current and future additions during the active subscription period.
- Resource requests — Pro subscribers may submit requests for new resources or features. Submitting a request does not guarantee that we will fulfill it or build anything equivalent. We evaluate each request internally and, where it aligns with our platform and strategy, we may develop something similar or inspired by the request. A Pro subscription does not entitle you to receive any specific resource or feature on demand.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue features, resources, or pricing at any time. Where changes affect active paid subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice.
3. Account registration and responsibility
To access EDGE, you must create an account using one of the supported methods: email (magic link), Google, or GitHub. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Each account is personal and intended for use by a single individual. Sharing your account credentials with others is not permitted.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@edge.supply.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe. When you subscribe, you authorize recurring charges at the interval you selected (quarterly or annual) until you cancel.
- Renewal — subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the applicable rate at the time of renewal, which may differ from early bird or promotional pricing.
- Cancellation — you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.
- Pricing changes — we reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any price increase for existing subscribers will be communicated before it takes effect.
5. No refunds
All purchases on EDGE are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, downgrades, cancellations, or accidental purchases.
Because digital access is delivered immediately upon payment, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any applicable right of withdrawal or cooling-off period to the fullest extent permitted by law.
If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access to paid resources, contact support@edge.supply and we will work to resolve access; this does not change the no-refund policy except where required by non-waivable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use EDGE in good faith and in compliance with applicable laws. You may not:
- share, transfer, or provide access to your account or paid resources with or to anyone else,
- scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract content from the platform,
- bulk-download, mirror, archive, or otherwise extract Resources to build your own library, dataset, or repository,
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other accounts, or underlying systems,
- interfere with or disrupt the operation, security, or performance of the platform,
- use EDGE or any Resource to build, train, power, seed, or operate a competing or substitute product in any form, including component libraries, template packs, snippet collections, page builders, website builders, no-code/low-code tools, UI generators, APIs, plugins, or marketplaces,
- expose or redistribute Resources (or substantially similar derivative collections) through any API, package, plugin, starter kit, repository, or public download,
- violate any applicable law or regulation in connection with your use of EDGE.
7. Intellectual property
All platform content, branding, design, and code that powers EDGE are owned by or licensed to EDGE and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your right to use the resources available in the library is governed by our separate Licensing Agreement, which defines what you can and cannot do with the code you access through the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the Licensing Agreement, or any applicable law. In cases of serious or repeated violations, termination may be immediate and without prior notice.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@edge.supply. If you have an active paid subscription, cancelling your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the remaining billing period.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
EDGE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any express or implied warranties regarding the platform, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
We strive to keep the platform reliable and the resources high-quality, but we cannot guarantee that every resource will work perfectly in every environment or that the service will be free from interruptions or errors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EDGE and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to EDGE shall not exceed the amount you paid to EDGE in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s principal place of residence on the date a claim is filed, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise, those laws apply.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally should be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over the operator’s principal place of residence, unless your local law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, our practices, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you via email or an in-app notice.
Your continued use of EDGE after updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
